Youth arrested for sexually abusing a minor

Police arrested a man on charge of sexually abusing a 6-year-old boy. Sandeep Vardeva, 18, of Jhapa-2 was arrested, said DSP Mahendra Kumar Shrestha of District Police Office, Jhapa.
According to the police, the perpetrator raped the six-year-old boy by promising him chocolates and taking him to tea estate.
The accused was arrested based on a complaint filed by the victim's family members.
