Ward Chairman Makhana Mahato of Gaurigunj municipality-3 made complaint against a local in accusation of manhandling.
Bhupal Katuwal a resident of Gauradaha-1, allegedly manhandled the chairperson in a dispute about construction of drainage in Gauriganj-Altawari road section on Thursday morning.
The accused is currently absconding. The chairperson has demanded legal action against the accused.
