An unidentified group set fire to 5 auto rickshaw parked at Dhamboji Khaura road of Nepalgunj on Wednesday night. The group also reportedly tried to set fires on two shops at the area.

According to locals, this is not the first incidence of arson in the area. An unidentified group had also attempted to set fire to property in the area around one and two weeks ago. Locals have been terrorized by such blatant incident of arson. Chairman of ward 1 of Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city Pramod Rijal said that the local police have not been taking the incident seriously although they have already lodged a complaint.
