Police arrested Hem Bahadur Limbu, 48, of Manglung Municipality-8, a secretary of Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplov' led CPN. Limbu was arrested on March 27 from his home.
The government of Nepal has banned the Communist Party of Nepal led by Chand.
