Student leader of Biplov-led CPN arrested from Kritipur

A student leader of Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) led CPN was arrested from Kirtipur. Madan Chapagain, chairperson of the Biplov affliated Student Union in Tribhuwan University was arrested from the class, according to his classmate.
Chapagain, who hails from Phalebas municipality-10, Parbat, was involved in student politics since July 18, 2018 after being appointed as the head of Biplov's student wing in Kritipur campus.
