A woman from Rupandehi district has filed a complaint against her husband at a district police office in Rupandehi. The complaint was lodged against 40-year-old Fasadhram (name changed) on 25th of March on a charge of a marital rape case. Police have not disclosed any other information keeping confidentiality.
