Kapilvastu,Sena dwara bomb nishkriya. A pipe bomb has been placed in Shibapur VDC section along the Mahendra highway at around 7.00 am on November 15. Another socket bomb was found at Gorusinghe bazaar of Jayanagar VDC at around 1.00 pm. Both bombs have been defused by the bomb disposal team of Nepal Army. Only ambulance, press vehicles and vehicles of human rights organizations are plying in the district as CPN-M have called bandh. District Administration Office informed that the security situation has been strengthened in the district.
