Police on Sunday arrested Kaski District Vice-chairman of Netra Bikram Chand led Nepal Communist Party's student wing Revolutionary Student Union Aastha Nepali. Police arrested Nepali from her rented room in Pokhara Metorpolitan city-11 Phulbari, informed DSP Ribindraman Gurung of District Police Office Kaski.
