Salyan police arrested Nirmal Budha, 25, of Kapurkot Rural Municipality-5 on the charge of murder. Police have accused him of killing 39-year-old Phaud Bahadur Bhandari aka Shyam of Kholagaon in the same Rural Municipality.

Bhandari, who had been living in Chandigarh for a long time, was killed while returning from India. He was hit by a stick. Police suspect that Nirmal murdered Phaud in revenge for humiliating him using vulgar words while working at a hotel in Chandigarh in India.
