Saptari/November 19, Police have arrested Devnath Yadav, the CPN-M district in-charge at Banauli of Prasawani VDC on November 19 morning on charge of being involved in anti-election activities. Area Police Office Kanchanpur said that Yadav was arrested as he was identified as a mastermind behind the activities targeted at disrupting the CA election. Police also detained CPN-M district secretary Dipendr Majhi on November 10 and area no. 2 in-charge Bachchelal Sardar, Dalit Rastriya Mukti Morcha district vice-chairperson Farebi Sada and Bhola Prasad Yadav and Bhola Prasad Yadav on November 17.
