Kavre, CPN-M nagar in-charge giraftar. Kavre/November 18, Police have arrested Area in-charge of Banepa Saurav Kayastha for being involved in anti-election activities on November 17. Police had arrested him from Banepa market. Police said they found involvement of Kayastha in the incidents in Kavre. Police said they have been investigating the issue and other CPN-M cadres are under investigation. Meanwhile, CPN-M Kavre has demanded police to release him until November 19 evening. They warned of strike if he was not released. CPN-M District In-charge Dipak Devkota said that they have given ultimatum to the police to release Kayastha within 24 hours.
