Local people padlocked ward office at Kawasoti-1. On Tuesday, the locals padlocked the ward office after residents of Koilapani took some stuff from the ward office demanding the ward office to be shifted. However, the locals near the ward office padlocked the office on Tuesday, demanding that it should not be shifted and it should remain where it is now.
