A group of UML cadres led by Rajendra Khadka abducted Nepali Congress Booth Agent Devanand Wagle from Singha Devi Polling Center based in Hulachaur of constituency-2 of the district.
UML cadre Khadka was released four hours after he was kidnapped at 7 am on Tuesday from polling center, said NC candidate of Okhaldhunga-2 Ram Hari Khatiwada.
