Police on April 27 arrested Pyuthan district head of Netra Bikram Chand led group 37-year-old Rajendra Rawat Chhetri of Mandavi rural municipality-4. According to DSP Nirmal Budhathoki of District Police Office Pyuthan, police have registered public offence case against him.
