Sindhupalchowk/November 18, An interaction program has been held jointly by National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and INSEC District Representative on November 17. The head of the Election Observation Organization in Sindhupalchowk, representative and election observers along with the District Leaders of UCPN-M, NC, UML, RPP, ML had participated in the program. The program has designed a mechanism of coordination with the election observers allocated at the polling booths. 216 observers are deployed in Sindhupalchowk including 122 by NEOC , 55 by Election Observation Committee, 7 by Democratic NGO Federation, 2 by INSEC and 30 by National Youth Federation.
