Police have arrested a person from Okhaldhunga on the charge of being a member of Netra Bikram Chand led group.
The arrested has been identified as Beg Bahadur Rai of Manebhanjyang rural municipality-5. Police arrested him from his home on Monday. Rai runs a stationery at his home. DSP Pushparaj Malla of District Police Office claimed Rai to be a member of Netra Bikram Chand led group based on police archive.
Rai's relatives lamented that a group of armed policemen arrested him although he was not a member of Netra Bikram Chand led group.
