Vandalism in government campus, FSU Chairperson with 9 others arrested

Free Student Union (FSU) members vandalized a campus in Dadeldhura.

The incident took place on Friday, while the written exam for recruitment of the staff was going on. Police have arrested nine people including the Chairperson Jagat Er.  who were involved in the incident.

According to the Chief District Officer Raju Poudel, they were arrested after they tried to create problems in exam  by breaking window and doors. 

The campus was padlock 8 days ago by FSU, saying the recruitment of the employees on the basis of political partition is against TU rules. CPN (Maoist), Dadeldhura, Nepali Congress, Dadeldhura and  District Administration irregularity in the recruitment of the staff.  

In the recruitment advertisement of Campus, the wife of the FSU Chairperson has also participate . The Chairperson has accused the Campus chief for appointing his wife, after the chairperson denied they started the movement.

The students have demonstration at  District Administration Office, demanding release of the chairperson.
