Police two members of Netra Bikram Chand led group including Bheri Buro In-charge of the group from Surkhet. The arrested have been identified as Central committee member of the group Bal Bahadur Oli aka Shital and Surkhet District Secretary of the group Khadka Bahadur Khadka aka Yamraj. Police arrested them from Bheriganga municipality-5 Bhorleni. Police said they recovered documents related to the group in possession of the arrested men.
