Police arrested 8 Indian nationals who were planning to commit robbery at Janaki Bihar in Janakpurdham-8 Bihar Kunda.
According to SP Sekhar Khanal, they were preparing to loot money and jewelry from the temple and the residence of the priest. Their plan was foiled after police surrounded them. One of the would-be looters sustained injury when police fired shot at him after he tried to flee. Police recovered different weapons from the group. The injured, 24-year-old Ravi Mallik Dom ins undergoing treatment at Janakpur zonal hospital.
