Chand cadres set motorcycle on fire by shooting fuel tank

Cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led group set a motorcycle on fire in Surkhet citing the violation of general strike called by the group on Monday. The vehicle's owner Tikaram Mijar was travelling from Bheriganga municipality Chhinchu to Dungikhola.
According to Mijar, a group of 6 Chand cadres forced him off the motorcycle and set it on fire by firing a shot at the fuel tank of the vehicle. The motorcycle was completely destroyed after catching fire.
