Chand-led cadres detonate IED targeting Chief Minister

Netra Bikram Chand-led group detonated a bomb targeting the chief minister of Karnali Province in Palata rural municipality-9. Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi, had gone to Palata to inaugurate the President Running Shield on a helicopter. No one was injured in the detonation informed the police. Police are looking for those involved in detonating the bomb.
