Hotel bouncers and staff have beaten three young men on Friday night at Ichya Hotel in Simara, Bara. Bijaya Pathak, Dhan Bahadur Tamang and Ram Pudasaini of Simara were injured in the beating.
The injured Pathak has injuries in his leg, chest, and black-blue marks all over his body. According to the victim's family, the three young men, who went to the hotel at night used the vulgar language then they were beaten by the bouncer Ramesh Pun and hotel staffs taking them into control. The victim's family has filed a complaint at the Area Police Office in Simara, saying that the police did not show any interest in arresting the perpetrators. Victims' families and locals have demanded to take immediate control of bouncers and employees who beat customers at the hotel. Subhash Hamal, Police inspector at the Area Police Office, Simara, said that he had heard that there was a normal dispute after speaking abusively at the hotel and further investigation is going on.
