Biplov's cadre arrsted on the suspicion of planting bomb

On 9th June, police arrested a member of the Netra Bikram Chand led Nepal Communist Party(NCP), Rudra Paudel, of Sundarharaicha Municipality-8. Police arrested him from Biratnagar Metropolitian city-7 on Saturday on the charge of calling strikes and placing bombs at different times. Police are further investigating the incident.
