Beating by RJP cadres over a dispute of contract

Nagendra Sahani, 44 of Kaudena Rural Municipality-6 was beaten by the cadres of Rastriya Janta Party on June 15 on charge of not including them in a contract of making pond. RJP cadres Bijaya Ray,36 of Kaudena Rural Municipality-6, Santoh Ray, 40, Surendra Sahani,48, Ram Pukar Ray Yadav,52, Birendra Ray Yadav,55 and Sonaphi Sahani Mallaha were involved in a beating according to the victim.
He victim sustained injuries on his head in a beating and receiving treatment at Sakraul Health Post. He was further referred to the District Hospital of Sarlahi for further treatment.
The Area Police Office of Simara was informed about the incident according to ward chair Ram Kishor Ray of Kadauna Rural Municipality-6.
The condition of the injured remains serious and stable. Police said that no complaints were made yet by the victim’s family as they are busy on his treatment. No one is charged for the incident till now.
