Khotang/November 23 The cadres of Federal Socialist Party and police have been involved in a scuffle on November 23 after the party cadres protested their exclusion in the counting of proportional votes. Nain Bahadur Katwal, 34, and Samita Rai, 32, the party’s proportional candidates, district chairperson Surya Bahadur Rai, district secretariat member Nirmal Rai, constituency no. 1 regional chairperson Subash Rai among others sustained minor injuries in the clash.
