Bomb recovered at Municipality office of Bhadrapur

A pressure cooker bomb has been found in Bhadrapur Municipality of Jhapa. A pressure cooker bomb with remote control has been found in a bag at the municipal office premises on Monday. On Monday evening secretary of Home Ministry informed CDO Janakraj Dahal about the bomb being planted in the Municipality through the phone.
After getting information about the bomb Dahal informed District Police Office, Jhapa. DSP Mahendra Shrestha said that after getting information about the bomb, the police reached there and found the bag.
Police informed Nepalese Army's Kali Bahadur Gan of Charaali when the suspicious bag was found under the stairs leading to the mayor and Deputy-mayor's working room. According to the bomb disposal unit, there were six detonators inside the pressure cooker with remote control.
