According to DSP Deepak Giri of District Police Office, Kavre said that suspicious objects were seen in various places to show the effect of the strike. The suspicious objects that were kept at Panauti and Dhulikhel had been disposed of by a bomb disposal unit of Nepalese Army's team in the morning.
DSP Giri informed that Beer bottles were filled with sand and pressure cooker with chaff to scare people. The suspected pressure cooker and beer bottle bomb were found at the hospital chowk in Dhulikhel Municipality and at Panauti Buspark, according to the District Police Office, Kavre. DSP Deepak Giri informed that the Nepal Army had diffused the bomb at Dhulikhel at 3 am on Tuesday, at 5 am at the bus park in Panauti and at 4:51 am in Khopasi.
