Police arrested 50-year-old Indian national Jalaluddin Musalmaan on July 3 on charge of sexual abusing 10-year-old girl. 

The accused reached the victim's house asking for alms on July 3 and allegedly sexually abused her while the victim handed rice to Musalmaan. The victim's father filed a complaint against the accused at the Area Police Office Butwal on July 3.

According to the police, the victim's medical examination was conducted at Lumbini Hospital in Butwal on July 3.
