Ilam/October 23, Former Chairperson of Constituent Assembly (CA) and UML candidate from constituency no. 2 Subash Chandra Nempang has faced obstruction during his election campaign on October 23. Cadres of Manch-affiliated Federal Limbuwan State Council (FLSC) tried to obstruct the election campaign of Nembang organized in Dokan danda of Ektappa VDC-9. Police arrested FLSC cadres Govind Yonghang and Bhupendra Yonghang for obstructing the election campaign. DSP Bhim Bahadur Dahal informed that four khukuris and a catapult were recovered from them. The sound box brought for the program was seized by the FLSC cadres. Police team had reached the site after learning about the obstruction. The FLSC cadres have also been obstructing election campaign of various parties in various VDCs of Panchthar.
