Okhaldhunga/October 28, CPN-M has called for a bandh on October 28 in order to disrupt the election campaign of UCPN-M in Okhaldhunga Bazar. UCPN-M Chairperson Prachanda was to attend the program. A bandh was called on in the evening of October 27 to disrupt the program. UCPN-M cadres are coming to the district headquarters by foot following the bandh, said YCL District coordinator Suresh Thapa. The bandh has been called according to the party decision, said District in-charge of CPN-M Mohan Khadka. He warned of consequences if the bandh was defied. Due to the bandh, the transportation in various part of the district has been affected. Many passengers have been stranded.
