Ilam/October 26, Police have filed a case of public offense against the three CPN-M cadres on October 25 for torching the election training materials in Mahamai VDC. Nyuson Rai, 28, of Chulachuli VDC-1, Suk Bahadur Lawati alias Tula, 37, of same place and Dipak BK, 32, of Mahamai VDC-9 on October 24. Likewise, two cadres of Manch-affiliated Federal Limbuwan State Council who were arrested for obstructing the election campaign of UML candidate from constituency no. 2 and former CA Chairperson Subas Chandra Nembang have also been charged with public offense on October 24. DSP Bhim Bahadur Dahal said that FLSC cadres Govind Yonghang and Bhupendra Yonghang were arrested on October 22 for obstructing the election campaign of Nembang in Dokandanda of Ektappa VDC-9.
