Chitwan police have arrested Solukhumbu district secretary Shiba Khadka of the Biplov-led Nepal Communist Party(NCP) from Bharatpur Metropolitan City Ward-26 Jyotinagar area. She was arrested on the basis of special information that he was hiding in Chitwan. Khadka, the native Nechasalyan Rural Municipality-2 of Solukhumbu district, has been affiliated with the party since 2014.

She had worked as the female central member of the party and Koshi Bureau coordinator in the past before working as the district secretary of Solukhumbu district for the past one year, the police said.
