Sindhupalchok /November 8 A complaint has been filed at the Election Office against the UCPN on November 7 for publication of an organ "Hamro Hasiya Hatauda Dainik" against the election Code of Conduct (CoC). According to CoC Monitoring Officer Suresh Sharma, the complaint was filed as the daily organ published by UPCN-M had not completed legal proceedings before publication and is intended towards defaming other political parties. He said that a direction was issued to immediately stop activities which might increase between political parties to stop publication of the organ.
