SI Krishna Prasad Sapkota informed that police charged the case based on the complaint lodged by Maden on October 26. Khemlal Pandak aka Sakal, 28, of Sablakhu VDC-4, Bichindra Mao Limbu, aka Mausam, 31, of same VDC-5, Dipchan Anbuhang, 21, of Hangpang VDC-8 were arrested on November 1 on charge of attacking Maden and his party cadres. SI Sapkota said the victim had lodged a complaint against 32 CPN-M cadres for being involved in the same incident. Issuing a press statement UCPN-M has informed that the victims were attacked by a group of CPN-M cadres led by district in-charge Santosh Pantwa on October 25.
