Ncell tower torched in Kawasoti

A group set fire to a Ncell tower in Kawasoti Municipality-10 Magarkot on Wednesday night at around 11:00 pm.
Deputy Superintendent of the District Police Office Nawalpur Arjun Ranabhat said a generator was completely damaged by the fire. It was found that the fire was set using a kerosene soaked jute bag.
The fire damaged the lower part of the tower. Police and locals, who reached the spot immediately after the fire, took control of the fire. The incident site is 3 km away from the District Police Office.
Police suspect that the fire might have been set by members of Netra Bikram Chand-led group. Police have arrested two men for questioning.
