The fire broke out at the office of ward no 3 of Kalika Municipality of Chitwan. According to the Chitwan District Police Office, an unidentified group had set fire to the ward office at around 8 am this morning.

Fire destroyed documents, tables, chairs, computers, printers, and other important items. Ward head, Tikaram Rizal, told that the perpetrator had set fire to the office window and sprayed petrol. The fire was brought under control with the help of police and locals at around 7:30 pm.
