Rautahat/November 8 An unidentified group has obstructed the election campaign of UCPN-M by felling trees in the east west highway near Lamaha. Area Police Office, Chandranigahapur informed that the group also planted a bomb in the highway. The police suspected that the group had planted the bomb to obstruct the programme of UCPN-M which was scheduled to be addressed by UCPN-M chairperson Puspa Kamal Dahal. Major at Amardal Battalion Saroj Adhikari informed that a bomb disposal team had disposed the bomb.
