Member of Chand-led group arrested from Kathmandu

Police arrested Khem Thapaliya, General secretary of Cultural Association affiliated to Netra Bikram Chand-led group from Bagbazar. Police arrested him while he was delivering training to his cadres. The intelligence unit of APF arrested him and handed him over to Nepal Police.
