Vehicle of Maya Devi Municipality Chief set ablaze

An unknown group set the vehicle bearing the plate number Lu 1 Jha 400, the four-wheeler Scorpio of the Mayor of Maya Devi Rural Municipality, ablaze on August 9. The mayor is from the Samajwadi Party. The vehicle was vandalized at around 10 pm. The fire truck of Kapilbastu Municipality extinguished the fire on the vehicle; however, the vehicle has been completely damaged by arson.
