Taplejung/ November 9, Journalists have complained that the concerned agency has not taken any action against political parties though they organized election assembly in school. Speaking at a program organized on the protection of rights of children, they said that the parties have not followed the code of conduct and the use of children and schools during the election campaign is rampant in the district. They further stressed that the administration, election officers, and election commission must be focused in such violation of election code of conduct. The coordinator of district Child Welfare Committee, Prakash Paudel said that the action against such violation can only be taken when the written complaint is lodged. Schools have been used due to the lack of space for election assemblies, said UML district member Radha Krishna Paudel. Dev Raj Gurung ताप्लेजुङ । ०७० कात्तिक २३ गते, राजनितिक दलले आचारसंहिता विपरित विद्यालयको हाताभित्र चुनावी सभा गरे पनि सम्बन्धित निकायले कारबाही नभएको पत्रकारहरूले गुनासो गरेका छन् । जिल्ला बाल कल्याण समिति ताप्लेजुङले कात्तिक २३ गते बिहान महिला तथा बालबालिका कार्यालयमा आयोजना गरेको 'निर्वाचनमा बालबालिकाको प्रयोग नगरौं, बाल अधिकारको संरक्षण गरौं' भन्ने शिर्षक अन्तर्गत अभिमूखीकरणमा उक्त गुनासो पोखेका हुन् । एमाओवादी, नेपाली काङ्ग्रेस र नेकपा एमाले लगायतका दलहरूले अधिकांश चुनावी सभा विद्यालयमा गरेको भन्दै प्रशासन, निर्वाचन अधिकृतको कार्यालय र निर्वाचन कार्यालयको ध्यान केन्द्रित हुनुपर्नेमा जोड दिए । आचारसंहिता उल्लघङ्नको उजुरी परेमात्र कारबाही गर्नुहुन्छ कि ? सम्बन्धित कार्यालयले नै अनुगमन गरी सचेत वा कारबाही गर्छ भनि पत्रकारको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दै पत्रकार केशव लामाको जिज्ञासा प्रति जवाफ दिँदैं प्रमूख जिल्ला अधिकारी तथा जिल्ला बाल कल्याण समितिका संयोजक प्रकाश पौडेलले लिखित रुपमा उजुरी परेमा मात्र कारबाही प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन सकिने बताए । पौडेलले भने, 'म आफैले एउटा विद्यालयमा चुनावी पोस्टर टाँसेको देखे, प्रध्यानाध्यापकलाई बोलाएर उप्काउन लगाए, विद्यालयमा चुनावी सभा तथा पोस्टर टाँस्न नदिन निर्देशन दिए ।' पौडेलले विद्यालयका नाम भने खुलाएनन् । कारबाहीका लागि तथ्य र प्रमाण आवश्यक पर्ने हुँदा आचारसंहिता उल्लघन गरेको पाइए कारवाही गरिने निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नं. १ सहायक निर्वाचन अधिकृत रिद्धिनाथ निरौलाले बताए । विद्यालय शान्ति क्षेत्र भनि घोषणा गरे पनि चुनावी सभा गर्ने ठाउँ अभावमा विद्यालयमा चुनावी सभा गर्नु रहर नभई बाध्यता भएको नेकपा एमाले जिल्ला सदस्य राधाकृष्ण पौडेलले वताए । देवराज गुरुङ
