Parbat police arrested four people accused of attacking 17-year-old Pawal BK of Jaljala Rural Municipality-4, Lamakhet. The accused—39-year-old Kabin Garjuwa, 33-year-old Tejan Jugjali, 20-year-old Raju Pun and, 24-year-old Amit Fagami—had attacked Pawal on August 11 with a sharp-edged wooden object. They were inebriated at the time of the incident.

Pawal has returned home after treatment at Gandaki Medical College. Police are further investigating the incident after the arrest of the accused.
