Saptari/ November 9, The District Election Office of Saptari has directed the poll candidate Chandra Narayan Yadav of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Nepal (MJF-N) from constituency no. 2 to follow the election code of conduct. The poll candidate has been accused that his brother Dr Surya Narayan Yadav has been distributing medicine and free health services to the public from the election publicity office of MJF-N. Monitoring Officer Rakesh Mani Upadhyaya said that Yadab was warned after a complaint was filed against him.
