A family has filed a complaint against Ward Chairperson of Kalaiya Submetropolitan-12, Rajeshwar Prasad Keshari Baniya on August 26, accusing him of beating 10-year-old Gulsan Kumar Paswan.

Baniya allegedly beat the boy on August 18 claiming that he ate the chocolates from his shop while no one was there. He then took the boy to his house where he tied his hands and feet and kept his through the night. 

The victim's father shared that he went and got his son after receiving information that the ward chairperson was walking the boy through the streets after shaving his head.
