Morang/November 12, A CPN-M cadre has been arrested from Biratnagar on November 11 on charge of carrying out anti-election activities in the district. Sarju Mandal, a district committee member of the CPN-M was arrested from Biratnagar sub metropolis-3 due to his suspicious activities, SP Bishow Raj Pokhrel of district police office said. He will be charged under public offence, according to Pokhrel. Meanwhile, Lochan Dhamala, CPN-M District Secretary has condemned the arrest. He accused police of curtailing the fundamental right of a citizen to free movement, adding that, he was falsely charged.
