Students injured after being pushed by teacher

On 29 August, a student of grade 2 was severely injured on the head after being pushed by the teacher from behind for not closing the drinking water tap. The incidents happened in Penwood Academy in Chakrapath, Kathmandu. After receiving the medical report of head injury the parents went to the police station to file a complaint. The school denied the allegations and defended by saying the student fell on the ground on his own.  Furthermore, the parents have accused the school of beating students as punishments.
