Complain filed against people who beat up a teacher

On September 30, a 40 year old teacher was severely beaten by a driver who was passing by the school area in Mugu, Municipality 5. According to the principal of the school, the driver came and beat the teacher while he was having his lunch in the school canteen. The victim filed a complaint at the police office but the perpetrator is still not arrested.
