Kamal Rai has locked 21-year-old son Ravi Rai and his 24-year-old son Saroj Rai in the same room for 17 years. Both have learning disabilities. Rai who is sick and cannot take care of their sons. Mother Sabriti Rai expresses her sadness as she is forced to lock her sons as there is no one to take care of them when she leaves for work. She is worried if she doesn't restrict them they will bother neighbors or eat something odd. Her family wants the government to provide medical help for their sons treatment as the financial condition of the family is not good. Nepalgunj sub-metropolis 20 ward Chairman Krishna Karki states that his district has a higher number of individuals with learning disabilities. He promised that Ravi and Saroj will be sent to a different district with medical facilities to treat them.
