The Ward Chairman of Jitpur Simara Sub-metropolitan ward no.4 has been manhandled by a woman. Ward chairman Bhojraj Khatri has been manhandled by Nilam Chaudhary of Hetauda sub-metropolitan-7 at his own office for not providing her a recommendation. Nilam along with her brother Vivek Chaudhary came to the ward office for certification of verification of income generated from agriculture.

Nilam who had migrated to Hetauda from formerly Jitpur Simra Sub-Metropolitan-18 had verified income generation from agriculture on 31 March 2017 which have a signature of Chief Administrative Officer, Dilliram Belbasi.

Showing the same letter, they pressured Khatri, chairman of the ward to verify income. But when ward chairman told them to go to Municipality-18 they become furious at ward chairman.

According to Khatri, Neelam slapped him on his cheek after not getting the recommendation.

Nilam said she hit ward chairman after being verbally abusive by him.
