Two CPN (Biplov)’s Cadres Arrested

Two cadres of Nepal Communist Party (CPN) led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplov' have been arrested from Birtamod, Jhapa.
According to DSP Subas Khadka, chief of the Area Police Office, Birtamod, the arrestee are Ilam District Secretary Dipen Rai and Hom Khatiwada.
Rai and Khatiwada were arrested by the special police team of the Area Police Office, Anarmani. Chief Khadka said the two arrestees are sent to District Police Office, Jhapa for further investigation.
