Dal Bahadur Karki has accused Chammu Phuyal, a teacher at Himalaya Secondary School situated in Siddhicharan Municipality-2, of assaulting Kaski's granddaughter, Binita Karki, who is a 7th grader at the school.
Phyual allegedly beat the student on September 19 for not doing her homework. According to Karki, his granddaughter has fallen sick because of the beating and is now receiving treatment at the Community Hospital in Okhaldhunga.
